Collette Thomas may not be the founder of this organization but she has certainly earned her place as the heart. As the last name may suggest, Collette is married to Jim Thomas, founder of Delta Resources, LLC.
Six years ago, Collette consulted on a number of projects: from leadership training, technical writing, instruction design, training and facilitation and working for companies like ConocoPhillips, Circle K, MicroAge, Cox Publications and Visa’s Merchant’s Assistance Center. When she married Jim, just six years ago, she became an instant part of Delta Resources.
Collette now develops most all of the graphics and marketing material for our clients. Our slide presentations have just the right polish and our training material conveys what’s important. Her skills in management in both sales and call center environments lead to expert leadership training and believes strongly in train-the-trainer concepts. Her ideal success story? “I know I’ve done my job well, when I’ve given all I can, and have successfully worked myself out of a job!”
